Overview
STW works with others around the innovating of resources and curricula
for forming leaders and leadership teams skilled in the art of
integrating moral imagination and spiritual wisdom with courageous
action (Augsburg College’s Center for Faith and Learning, Magis Ventures
and Landry’s Bicycles). In another collaboration, we have partnered
with the John A. Ryan Institute for Catholic Social Thought at the
University of St. Thomas around the development of a collection of case
studies that invite students of business and management to develop their
capacity to draw upon the resources of moral and religious conviction
in responding to organizational challenges. And we’re working with the
University of St. Thomas and Augsburg Colleges around an effort to
develop a practical theology of institutions capable of informing the
way we regard and engage our organizations. In addition to educational
institutions and consultants, these partnerships include churches that
are also striving to create environments that encourage its members to
draw from their spiritual depth in real world organizational challenges.
