	Ed Mosel Executive Director (Retired business executive, formally COO of Stoneridge Inc.) “I was first drawn to STW because I yearned to connect my best self with my work as an organizational leader. Now 16 years later, I am still actively involved because I have seen the results of the work and the positive difference it has made and will continue to make in leaders, leadership teams and organizations.”

	Francine Crystal Co-Facilitator, Boston Round Table Francine is Principal of Breakthrough Collaboration, a consulting practice serving organizations and their leaders and serves as co-facilitator for STW's Boston Round Table. "The STW Roundtable Process encourages all to share their multi-faceted wisdom. Each time I experience the process, I am in awe of its simplicity and power, and encouraged to bring more discernment and humility to all the work that I do.
	Peter Henry Treasurer Peter is the co-owner of Landry's Bicycles, one of the founding member organizations in STW's Boston Round Table. He has served as STW's Treasurer since 2010.
	Libby Burnham STW Office Assistant Libby joined the STW staff in May 2011. She has also been director of the Shelburne Free Public Library since 1988.
