Ed Mosel Executive Director (Retired business executive, formally COO of Stoneridge Inc.) “I was first drawn to STW because I yearned to connect my best self with my work as an organizational leader. Now 16 years later, I am still actively involved because I have seen the results of the work and the positive difference it has made and will continue to make in leaders, leadership teams and organizations.”

 

David Specht Director of Research and Organizational Support "More than anything else, for me STW has been about the privilege of accompanying organizations and those who lead them in their journeys of bringing their best selves - their deepest convictions and most cherished beliefs - to bear on the complex challenges that confront them in their day to day work.
