You go to work everyday. You’re good at what you do, and you get paid well enough to do it. You’re dependable, a real team player, regarded as a leader. But sometimes, often these days, you wonder if there isn’t something more. There is.
Overview
As a leader you have the opportunity to make a difference around some of the world’s most pressing problems. You can change the world. That’s the real opportunity awaiting you in your organization each day. Seeing Things Whole works with people like you, leaders who want to experience a greater sense of connection between the work they do every day to earn a living and their most deeply held values and beliefs about what is ultimately important in this life.
Two Journeys - Two Movements
As a leader working with STW you’ll be invited to deepen two journeys – an inner journey and an outer journey. Both journeys are essential to living out a larger sense of meaning and purpose. Each of these journeys consists of two movements. The first movement focuses on seeing, seeing both yourself (inner) and the world around you (outer) with clarity and wisdom. Seeing things as they are and seeing them whole. The second movement focuses on acting with purpose and courage. You’ll also be invited to clarify your intention about who you want to be (inner) and how you want to live out your convictions (outer) engaging with others who have made a similar commitment to connect their deeply held values and beliefs to their everyday work.
